We are providing you this privacy notice to inform you that myWill staff does not have access to your personal information. When you download the app, our company is never privy to your information. We do however, offer you a free review of your will. Should you choose to email us your will, we want to emphasize that we are committed to maintaining the privacy of this information in accordance with law. All individuals with access to personal information are required to follow this policy.

Keeping customer information private is a priority for myWILL, and its’ parent company. To enable us to provide you with a will, the inquiry section of the app asks you to insert some personal information, such as your name address, names and birthdates of your children and information regarding your spouse, if any. However, it is optional to request a free review of your will and you are never required to share personal information with us in order complete your will on myWILL app.


• NONE. Once again, your use of the app is completely private. We have no access to your use of myWILL app or the subsequent documents you create.
• If you choose to email us a copy of your will for review, everyone who can view the information is committed to this privacy policy.


Your will can be shared with us via email. Attorneys, paralegals and other support staff, will have access to the information you’ve chosen in creating your will. Again, this is optional and is not required during the use of myWILL app.
When information is shared with law firms, other legal personnel and support staff that perform services on our behalf, we protect against the subsequent disclosure of that information with a confidentiality agreement and/or other protective measures.
In no event do we disclose your personal information to companies that will use that information to contact you about their own products or services.

We restrict access to non-public personal information, if any, to those persons who need such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. We keep information for as long as is necessary for our business purposes and will dispose of all information in appropriate ways according to law and our company practices.
